Descriptions of all products are correct at the time of publication. Please note: Images of the products on the website show approximate colours only. While we take every step to ensure they are as accurate as possible, the calibration of a customer's computer screen may differ from the calibration of our's, which can result in a slightly different colour rendition. Should a product fail to meet your colour expectations, we accept returns provided the item(s) is/are unopened and undamaged (see below).


Blue Rose accept orders via their website https://www.bluerosegreetingcards.co.uk, over the phone or in person at the Floating Card Shop.


Blue Rose accept payment by Credit/Debit card in person or over the phone, and payment through our website by Credit/Debit card as well as PayPal.

Payment is due in advance, at the time of placing the order.

Trade customers may register for a credit account. However, payment for their first order is due in advance, any subsequent orders can be paid within 30 days. Individual payment terms can be arranged.


Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free of charge. The choice of carrier is solely at the discretion of Blue Rose, unless agreed otherwise.

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom will usually be carried out by 1st class Royal Mail. For all other destinations, carrier charges will apply, and need to be paid for in advance.

For customers without a credit account, orders will be shipped only after full payment has been received.


Returns will be accepted only if the item(s) is/are unopened and undamaged. We will refund the full amount for the returned item(s) to the payment card used to purchase the item(s).
